The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling area, making it easy to explore the city center and return after a day's sightseeing. It is also close to the bus station that goes to The Mall - Florence Outlet. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, providing a comfortable retreat. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff is friendly and attentive.

The hotel decor could use some updating, as it looks a bit dated.

There is a plenty of restaurants to eat, like Trattoria za Za that is only 5 minutes' walk away, we loved its location...

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making our Easter stay memorable. They went out of their way to provide excellent recommendations for local restaurants and even helped us find the best gelato place in town. the hotel's furnishings and gardens were beautiful, creating a relaxing atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub, which was a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. the breakfast spread was excellent, and we appreciated the added touch of having prosecco available. our room was spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a great shower with ample hot water.

the noise outside our room was quite disruptive, making it difficult to fully utilize the balcony.

The hotel had a great location, within walking distance to the train station and all the main attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, even offering to fix a minor problem in the room immediately. the breakfast was really good, with a variety of options to choose from.

The bed in the room was uncomfortable, as it was actually two single beds pushed together that often separated. Additionally, the lobby had a slight musty smell that could be improved.
